A combination of proven talent and rising stars look set to battle it out at this year’s Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials (3rd–6th September). 100 horses from ten nations spanning Australia, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Sweden, USA and the UK will be competing for the substantial £250k prize pot.
Land Rover UK has announced one of Britain’s leading three-day event riders Harry Meade as its latest equestrian ambassador signing. The World Championships 2014 team silver medallist joins a stable of Land Rover equestrian ambassadors which includes former World Champion and Olympic silver medallist Zara Phillips and Olympic team gold medallists, showjumper Ben Maher and dressage rider Laura Tomlinson.

Since the early 1990s David Goldstrom and his twenty strong Television in Europe Ltd production team have woven together the unfolding story of The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials (3rd–6th September). The team work to compile the story of the four days of competition into a two-hour show broadcast by the BBC.
The multi-award winning Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials is a major international equestrian and social event in the autumn sporting calendar.
