The new DoubleTree by Hilton, Lincoln hosted a pop-up restaurant preview of their Electric Bar and Restaurant at the Sessions House, Lincoln College in November. Head chef, Alec Maxfield, and his team served dishes from the launch menu. Invited guests were greeted with cocktails prepared by the Electric’s mixologist, bar manager Andy Hallam.
