Recipe by Ivano de Serio, Head Chef of The Old Bakery

Grilled Lincoln Red beef sirloin Tagliata, warm courgette and lemon salad with pink peppercorn and sesame salad

Season the steaks with salt and olive oil, heat a caster skillet on medium and char grill for 3 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile slice the courgettes, season with salt and olive oil and grill them for 1 minute each side. Cut the lemons in half and grill them for 2 minutes. Place the courgettes in a bowl and add the olive oil, pink peppercorn and sesame seeds. Squeeze the juice from the lemons into the bowl, mix well and use as bed.

Slice the steaks and place on the courgette salad, pour the juices from the salad and serve.
