Batemans, the Wainfleet based craft brewers, are celebrating their 150th anniversary this year. They have brewed 5G Session IPA to mark the occasion, which acknowledges the five generations of the family. Turn to page 6 to read their story.

Doddington Hall, near Lincoln, has opened The Grain Store, an addition to their café and dining offer. The café, restaurant and bar are showcasing Doddington’s estate-grown produce on their menus as well as other local produce. Turn to page 17 for more.

Lincolnshire Wolds based chef Rachel Green has recipes to delight featuring fresh ideas for serving fish and a showstopping strawberry Eton mess cheesecake dessert. Your guests are bound to be impressed!
