Fraser Brown Solicitors makes a move on Lincoln

Leading law firm Fraser Brown Solicitors provides legal services and advice to commercial, corporate and private clients throughout the East Midlands and the UK.
Managing partner Patrick Wood recently announced the opening of an office in Lincoln, making it the firm’s second city to its HQ in Nottingham, where it was established over 200 years ago.

Patrick said of the firm’s Lincoln move: “Lincoln provides a great opportunity; with its continued investment into its infrastructure and proactive approach to development and supporting businesses, having a permanent presence in the city was a natural step for us.

“We currently work with a number of Lincolnshire-based businesses and have been looking for the right premises to accommodate our Lincoln team for a number of months. Now that the premises are secured, we look forward to offering our full spectrum of commercial and private client services including corporate law and real estate.

“The Fraser Brown team are already active members of the business community in Lincoln and in any successful region there is a need for legal services of the highest standards, which we pride ourselves in supplying. We have seen that demand in Lincoln and Lincolnshire, which further cemented our decision to invest in the city.

“Initially the Lincoln team will consist of five full-time legal experts with supporting teams, which we hope will continue to grow organically over the coming 12-18 months bringing more jobs to the region. We are currently recruiting to expand our offering across our corporate, commercial and residential property departments in Lincoln.

“The location of our new office is ideal; in close vicinity to a range of impressive professional services firms and is easily accessible for our clients with onsite parking. Now that we have a permanent presence in Lincoln we will be further supporting and championing the region.
