Louth has seen sustained growth in the variety and number of businesses which are based on the Fairfield Industrial Estate to the west of the town. From a strong presence of motor dealerships to suppliers to the agricultural sectors, from manufacturing to contractors in commercial and domestic construction the area has become a hub with easy access across the Wolds, coast and north of the country.

FIRST YEAR CELEBRATIONS
Woldside Classic and Sports Car have just celebrated their first year trading on Tattershall Way on Louth’s Fairfield Industrial Estate where they retail an eclectic mix of classic and sports cars as well as classic motorcycles to suit most tastes and pockets generally ranging from the 1950s to the younger classics of the 1990s and even into the 2000s but only if they are of impeccable quality!

The site has a heated showroom, modern workshop and restoration facilities all situated in landscaped grounds with ample customer parking. The showroom is open seven days a week but you can view the inventory anytime at www.woldsideclassics.co.uk where most of the cars have a video presentation, so you can take a thorough tour before you visit. Alternatively, if you have a quality classic for sale they may be interested in purchasing it or selling it for you, on a sale or return basis.

For further information call 01507 606725 or email info@woldsideclassics.co.uk.

BUSINESS CENTRES COULD BE THE PERFECT PLACE TO START YOUR BUSINESS
The District Council has a range of offices and workshops available offering exciting opportunities to operate a variety of businesses from within a modern, affordable and professional environment. The Business Centres are situated on the Fairfield Industrial Estate in Louth and Golf Road Industrial Estate in Mablethorpe. Both Centres also provide a professional venue to host meetings.

The Centres offer conference rooms suitable for a wide range of training, meetings, seminars and promotional events and smaller meeting rooms.

For those who only need occasional use of an office, hot desking/pod room facilities are available, equipped with a direct telephone line and broadband connection.

Both Centres offer a virtual office package; a serviced office without actually physically occupying a unit, offering a postal address, telephone call handling, priority use of the hot desk facilities and much more.

EAST COAST CARPETS
East Coast Carpets was established in 1989 in the small market town of Alford, Lincolnshire by Graham Barker, a carpet fitter with over thirty years’ experience along with his wife Wendy.

Their commitment to offer customers a service second to none led their small shop to bloom, and in 2003 they opened a second shop in Louth.

They have recently relocated to their present premises on the Fairfield Industrial Estate where they are proud of their displays and choices of flooring, curtains and blinds.

They deal with all the major suppliers and feel that the service they offer their customers from the first point of contact to the final fitting is second to none.

Feel free to call and browse at your leisure and request a free no-obligation measure and quotation.

They look forward to serving you.
