The car is named after the Mulsanne Corner of the Le Mans racing circuit, due to Bentley cars having won six victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the past. It is handmade in England and powered by a twin turbo 6,752cc V8 producing 512bhp as per its Bentley stablemate, the Arnage. However, the new unit for the Mulsanne is lighter and has been modified for Euro 5 compliance; cylinder deactivation and variable camshaft phasing help to improve fuel efficiency.

Woldside Classic and Sports Car’s highly optioned 2012 car has covered just 23,800 miles and is simply stunning inside and out. Finished in Tungsten metallic grey with 21” two piece polished 5 spoke alloy wheels, it displays the Flying ‘B’ radiator mascot and has bright stainless steel door pillar finishers. Inside it is upholstered in Linen leather hide, the secondary hide was chosen in Highland Hare with contrast stitching, seat belts and embroidered Bentley emblem, the wood veneer is Stained Dark Walnut.

Backseat passengers benefit from the ‘Rear Entertainment’ pack with built-in headrest screens to watch DVDs and wireless headsets so they can listen in peace. In addition there are pull down Veneer rear picnic tables and rear quarter vanity mirrors with veneer surrounds so passengers can check their make up on the way to the film premiere! Privacy blinds are fitted to rear doors and the rear windows too, to keep away prying eyes.

Throughout the car the sumptuous seats come with the Comfort Package which means they are heated in winter and ventilated in summer and they benefit from a massage function to relive aching muscles on those long journeys. There are deep pile Wilton carpet mats to front and rear and mood lighting.

The front seats have centre armrests and twin illuminated fold down vanity mirrors. The driver benefits from Duo Tone 4 spoke hide trimmed steering wheel, drilled alloy sports foot pedals, adaptive cruise control, rear view camera, remote garage door opener and Valet key.

The car itself is in beautiful condition inside and out and presents itself as a much younger model. The paintwork and wheels gleam, the Linen hide seats show signs of very minimal use and fortunately it has been a non-smoker’s car. The spare keys are with the car as is the full book pack with full service history, last serviced 500 miles ago.
