There are more pastels in the S/S 2013 collections than a packet of Lovehearts. Perfect for a romantic Valentine rendezvous, marshmallow pink is bound to leave him saying ‘Be Mine’, or make sure ‘You’re cute’ in pastel green. The delicate soft tones of these colours will take you from spring through to summer sunshine breaks.

The trend for lace has continued into 2013 with beautiful examples of detailing and accents as well as sheer effect dresses, jackets and wraps. After thirty-two years, Ken Jones, the Lincoln based director of Savills, has left to take up a new role with the Crown estate running their rural portfolio across the UK.
