Kerry attended primary, secondary and Grammar schools in Louth before going on to study art at Lincoln College of Art in the 70’s. He then completed a three year degree course in photography at Salisbury College of Art and Design from 1978 to 1981. He has worked in the field of photography ever since, and has always maintained an interest in blurring the edges between conventional photography and traditional art.

‘In March 2012, I came up with the idea of portraying the High Street outside our studio in an unusual way, creating a street panorama grafted together from hundreds of separate photographs. This has since become an ongoing project throughout Lincolnshire and East Anglia, giving a unique view of the market towns and villages of England. With an inexhaustable supply of subject matter, I fully intend to add to my collection throughout the rest of our green and pleasant land.
