Heckington’s Sea of Poppies
St Andrew’s Church was decorated with more than 18,000 hand crafted poppies for a Sea of Poppies Festival in remembrance of 100 years since the Armistice.
More than 9,000 people visited the church during the two weeks of the festival raising significant donations for the Royal British Legion and church funds.
