Last year, Lindum Homes proudly unveiled its brand-new show home at One at Charterholme with stylish interiors designed around a biophilic theme, highlighting the appeal of nature-inspired living.
The innovative design aims to connect people with nature indoors to boost wellbeing, health, and productivity by integrating natural elements like plants, natural light, water, and organic materials into living and working spaces.
Designed in-house with passion
All interior design concepts at Lindum Homes are personally created by sales director, Rebecca Hurst-Miller.
Rebecca was clear on the vision for this show home from the outset, wanting to embrace the benefits of nature indoors. To enhance this, she undertook the Biophilic Design course with Oliver Heath ‘Level 2 Biophilic Design in the home’, ensuring the home truly reflects the principles of wellbeing, sustainability, and connection to the natural environment. This hands-on approach means every design choice – from colour palettes to textures – is purposeful, reinforcing the biophilic theme and ensuring the show home feels harmonious and inviting.
A natural palette
Step inside and you’ll notice straight away how the colour schemes flow seamlessly from room to room. Soft greens inspired by fresh foliage, warm terracotta tones, and earthy browns, work together to create a palette that’s grounded yet uplifting.
The use of natural textures, wood finishes, and organic materials adds warmth and authenticity, making the space feel truly timeless.
Heart of the home
One of the real highlights is the stunning mural in the lounge, Spring Tonic in Sunset by Beautiful by George.
Framed perfectly by sleek wood panelling, it captures the essence of nature in bloom and adds a vibrant focal point to the space, tying together the natural tones and textures that flow through every room in the home.

From the kitchen-dining space through to the bedrooms, every detail has been chosen with wellbeing in mind.
