On the Barons’ Charter Trail

Lincolnshire Life hosted a work experience student from North Kesteven School last month. Charlie Tedder’s interest is in photography so we thought a fun project for his week would be to follow the Barons’ Charter Trail around the city. Charlie captured pictures of all the 25 Barons and followed the footsteps of the residents and visitors who have been equally enthused by this Magna Carta 800 inspired art project.

Sponsored by local businesses, the sculptured figures have been illustrated and painted by local artists. The Barons’ Charter Trail begins uphill outside the Museum of Lincolnshire Life and winds past the city’s most historic and significant sites before ending in the gardens opposite Debenhams.
