Royal Air Force Polo Weekend
RAF Cranwell was the host venue for this year’s Royal Air Force Polo Weekend. Held on the third weekend in May, the two-day tournament attracted nine teams playing in three leagues.
Members of family, friends, industry and the military came along to support and tread the divets.
Many enjoyed fieldside picnics during the day while on Saturday evening a black-tie dinner was held in the Officers’ Mess.
The final came down to joint winners RAF TLMNexus and RAF Polo Cranwell. In third place was Hackett Army and fourth the Army Reserves.
