Spanish wine tasting
White Riojas, Cigales Reserva reds and Superior Cream Sherry were amongst the eight wines and fortified wines tasted recently when the Doddington Wine Shop hosted a Spanish Wine Tasting Evening.
Guests were welcomed with a glass of Raventos i Blanc, Blanc de Blancs 2020 and the evening ended with Sandeman Jerez, Armada Superior Cream Sherry NV. All of the bottles sampled, which are on sale in the Wine Shop, are supplied by Liberty Wines. The selection showcased some full-bodied reds including Bodegas LAN, Xtreme Organic Rioja Crianza 2018 and L’Expressio del Priorat 2021 which were served with a tapas platter of delicatessen foods also available from the Farm Shop.
