The Hallé Orchestra at Lincoln Cathedral
The Hallé English Symphony Orchestra performed in the nave at Lincoln Cathedral recently. The programme at the sell-out concert included pieces by Vaughan Williams, Wagner and Tchaikovsky. The orchestra was conducted by Sir Mark Elder and featured soprano Rachel Nicholls.
