Warm welcome at Woodhall Spa
An estimated 40,000 people enjoyed this year’s Woodhall Spa 1940s Festival and basked in soaring temperatures. The event hosted a wide range of entertainment including dances and parties, living history groups, vintage and military vehicles and a flypast by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. The brilliant sunshine did not deter reenactors from dressing for the occasion which always greatly adds to the vintage transformation of the village over the festival weekend.
