Point-to-Point Races

Some good racing was enjoyed by a fair sized crowd at Brocklesby Park when the annual Brocklesby Point-to-Point took place. Sixty-one runners contested the eight races on ground officially described as ‘good’.

It was a good day for Tom Strawson who recorded his first ever winner when Regal Reign finished alone in the two runner Symes Bains Broomer Solicitors Brocklesby Member’s race.

The Robinson family from Linwood sent out Panama Canal to win the St Hugh’s Hospital Maiden race Division One in the hands of Richard Armson.
