Thurlby Motors Charity Ball

The first annual Thurlby Motors Charity Ball, sponsored by Evolution Funding, Scotts Trading, LDD Group, Barclays and Thurlby Motors raised in excess of £1,400 for LIVES Medics and First Responders.

The Charity Ball took place at Louth’s Kenwick Park Country House Hotel and saw friends, family and colleagues join forces to raise money, as well as improve awareness for LIVES.

Group marketing manager, Anderlea Butters said: “As a business, Thurlby Motors have supported LIVES for many years and are absolutely thrilled to have raised additional funds for the charity through what has proven to be a very successful and enjoyable event.”

The evening commenced with a superb three-course meal, followed by an auction and raffle which attracted lively bidding for a number of top quality lots, including a flying lesson courtesy of The POM Flying Club and Lincolnshire Showground Joint Annual Memberships. To conclude the evening, six-piece band Groove Town performed numbers from their extensive repertoire.
