An Evening for Japan
A recital of piano music by Motoki Hirai was held in the Chapter House of Lincoln Cathedral. The proceeds will go to the Japan Society Tohoku Earthquake Relief Fund. The concert was the idea of Rie Day, of Fulbeck, who has found a new group of Japanese people and businesses that she did not know of, who have come together on the other side of the world, at this event, to support their homeland.
