Charity Golf Day raises £3,500
Nearly 200 golfers pitched, putted and swung their way towards raising £3,500 for the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance at chartered accountants Duncan & Toplis’ 28th annual charity golf day. Teams came from all over the East Midlands to tee off at the event, which took place over two courses at Belton Woods near Grantham on Friday 6th July. The winners of the Lakeside course were E T Morris A. The Woodside and Overall winners were William H Brown A. Will Oliver deserves special mention for a hole-in-one on the 11th hole of the Lakeside course. The company has raised over £85,000 for charity from its golf days over the last 27 years.
