Lace Housing celebrates dedicated staff and volunteers

Lincolnshire housing and support service provider LACE Housing has been celebrating the achievements of it staff and volunteers at its 19th annual awards and presentation evening.
Eighty staff, volunteers, residents and other invited guests attended the ceremony at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln on Friday 30th November.

In total 19 volunteers received certificates for their service, while special awards were presented in seven categories including Volunteer of the Year.

Support coordinator at the Olsen Court housing with extra care scheme Natasha Smith received a 10-year service award and there were a few surprise awards on the night for Lindum Construction, which was named Contractor of the Year, and the team who helped to raise nearly £5,000 for LACE Housing’s charity of year LIVES.

The final award of the night, the Board of Management award, was presented to operations manager Anne Graves to recognise the impact she has made on the organisation over the past year.

During the evening LACE Housing also premiered its very first video, which showcases its work in the county and features not only staff but also volunteers and residents.
