Charity golf tournament

The 22nd Annual Duncan & Toplis Charity Golf Day was held at Belton Woods Hotel, near Grantham on Tuesday, 25th September 2012.
Unfortunately the original event scheduled for Friday, 6th July had to be postponed due to severe weather conditions so we were delighted that fifty-eight teams could join us for our rescheduled day.

Luckily the weather (after a terrible day early in the week) was good to us, although a little windy; the course was in excellent condition and the whole day turned out to be a great success. A big thank you to Belton Woods for all their help on the day.

A total of £3,000 was donated to Hearing Dogs for the Deaf (Children in Lincolnshire/Leicestershire) and LIVES Lincolnshire.

Winners on the Lakeside Course were SNG Power Logistics – Angie Hilliard, Mal Hilliard and Andy Gregory (83 points) and winners on the Woodside Course and overall winners were Duncan & Toplis Boston C – Barry Tunnard, Andrew Gedney and Chris Kemp (86 points).

The Duncan & Toplis Golf Society would like to thank everyone for taking part and all the sponsors who supported the day. Without their commitment the day would not have been the success that it was. The 23rd Charity Golf Day will be held on Friday, 5th July 2013. If you would like to be added to the invitation list please email golf@duntop.co.uk with your details.
