The second Craig Rawlinson Memorial Ball was held at the Southview Hotel, Skegness in June. Craig was only eighteen when he passed away from an undiagnosed heart defect whilst football training in 2012. His family raised over £7,000 last year to fund five defibrillators in the local area and it is expected that more than £5,000 will have been raised from this latest event.

Donations have also been made to the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) which supports families suffering the loss of young relatives and who are campaigning for screening tests in the future.
