Arts Centre fashion show raises £1500

The Inner Wheel Club of Stamford and Cindy’s Fashions of Sutton Bridge, held a Charity Fashion Show recently in the ballroom of Stamford Arts Centre.

With nine models on the catwalk, a display of spring and summer fashions, ranging from casual to special occasion wear, was enjoyed by 150 members and guests.

A well supported raffle with many excellent prizes, all generously donated, including afternoon tea for two at the George Hotel, lunch for two at the Garden House Hotel, lunch for two at the Crown Hotel and a £50 voucher to spend at Cindy’s Fashions, was held during the course of the evening.

Thanks were extended to the Burghley Estates for the use of the premises, to the staff at the Arts Centre and to all who had contributed to making the evening such a success.

The event raised in excess of £1500 for local charities.
