Country fashion at its ‘berry’ best

Autumn collections for ladies and gentleman, where the richness and vibrancy of the season’s palettes shine, are now available from Lucks of Louth, the Wolds’ leading countrywear store.
Manager Kate Lovely modelled some of her favourites from the women’s wear ranges to give a flavour of the new colourways and new designs from their leading quality brands.

“I think berries and browns would be the broad description of the collections but there are beautiful highlights of other luxuriant colours including kingfisher blue, fig and heather. My favourites, and I am sure they will be for many people, are the burgundy/ruby variations across the ranges, which can be teamed with so many base colours.”

DUBARRY

Kate began with the Dubarry collection, wearing a Boylan jumper in Malbec, accessorised with a Dubarry Bandon handbag in Walnut and Barbour plaid scarf. Teamed with Superdry Skinny jeans and Josef Seibel boots in Taupe, this outfit is super smart, warm and stylish. Other pieces in the collection include the relaxed fit Hazelwood poncho, Daffodil shirting, tailored tweed outdoor wear and luxurious down-filled jackets.

SCHOFFEL
Superb quality and beautifully styled, the Schoffel collection includes the deliciously soft Mink sweater worn over a Ptarmigan illustrated shirt modelled by Kate. Complete the outfit with a Chelsea down gilet in Fig.

The essential for beating the British winter has been for many people a Schoffel fleece gilet. Ideal for wearing over a shirt or sweater or as an extra layer under an overcoat, this practical and stylish piece makes an ideal Christmas gift. This year there are more exciting new colours to choose from including Gunmetal, Plum, Fig, Espresso, Kingfisher (in long sleeve too), Burgundy and Heather, all available from Lucks of Louth.
