Kidney Research UK Charity Ball

Four hundred people attended with music from main act Crazy Ape and during dinner guests were entertained with music from The Lovettes.

The event was held at Springfields Events Centre, Spalding and the theme this time was Willy Wonka’s Scrumdiddlyumptious Ball. On arrival guests were welcomed by characters from Willy Wonka, who were performers from Diamondz Dance Group – they also did a welcome dance routine before the meal.

An estimated £7,500 was raised on the night, bringing the total raised from all the previous balls to over £42,000. This was the sixth fundraising ball.

The organisers would like to thank everybody who attended and helped to raise such a fantastic amount, to the businesses who helped sponsor and support the night and to the families and friends who helped during the preparations for the night.
