Orchard Barn Open Day
The Stallingborough based Orchard Barn, clinic and centre of excellence, opened its doors to welcome clients wishing to experience taster sessions of their conventional and natural healthcare.
Orchard Barn opened earlier this summer and is run by sisters Helen Quirke and Dr Sally Moorcroft, offering a complete holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
As well as yoga, pilates, Indian head massage, reflexology and sports massage, there were presentations on mindfulness, integrated medicine, nutrition and acupuncture as well as a talks on wellbeing and by the charity Dementia Friends.
